'I have learnt so much on ICS. My confidence has improved as I was out of my comfort zone leading development in a rural community. I gained invaluable life skills, which I know for sure I will utilise in my everyday life and future career. I have also learnt much more about development by being out there on the ground, it’s now a career choice for me. The benefits and learning for me has been immeasurable!' Mohammed, ICS volunteer, Uganda, 2011.
ICS is funded by the Department for International Development (DFID)
