Much of our work is delivered by talented, highly trained young volunteers.

We recruit young men and women passionate about youth-led development to work with us on our programmes.

We offer a range of structured international placements for those wanting to gain practical experience of working in the development sector or looking for a meaningful volunteering experience overseas.
