We are currently recruiting:
Our International Programmes Unit (based in London) is involved in a number of exciting international partnerships with UNFPA, USAID and DFID to shape policy and practice around youth in development. We also coordinate the DFID / CSO Youth Working Group: a network of over 30 organizations working in partnership with DFID to help put young people at the heart of development policy and programming.
We're currently seeking a Policy Intern to be based in our London office to support our growing global advocacy work. This 4 day a week internship for a minimum of 3-months will involve supporting the Youth Engagement and Advocacy Manager to develop and deliver on a number of exciting global partnerships. This role would be ideal for anyone looking for an entry into development policy and advocacy work in a fast-moving and growing organisation.

Restless Development has recently launched a new Global Strategy (2011-2015), alongside a new Global Business Plan (2011-2015), and is taking up a position as the global banner carrier for youth-led development - demonstrating at the grassroots and policy levels that young people can and must play a lead role in development.
This position has arisen from a restructuring of our International Finance Unit. This is an International post and would involve frequent communications with and support for the other Finance team members in Africa and Asia. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with finance and management experience and who has demonstrated strong analytical experience. The successful candidate will also be able to establish strong working relationships both within the UK and internationally.
