Restless Development are the banner carrier for youth-led development, and this can be seen through our dynamic, youthful and sociable working culture. With 10 offices globally we form a 300 strong international workforce, all united by our passion and dedication that young people should be at the forefront of change and development.
We are a campaigning organisation: our staff join our own, and partner organisations, campaigns in order to make lasting change in their communities. We are a volunteering organisation: our staff in South Africa take 67 minutes on Nelson Mandela Day to volunteer in their community. We are an advocacy organisation: our staff travel around the world to attend conferences and exhibitions to amplify the voices of young people.
We have social and vibrant offices, and not just during working hours. Our London office play in a Charity Softball League; our Nepal and India offices play each other in an annual staff cricket match; and our Nepal team host yoga sessions for all staff before the working day begins.
