How is your money spent?

Whether you donate £10 or £1,000, your support matters. Over 81% of our funds go directly to programme implementation, with only 16% for management/admin and 3% for fundraising. Since we reach over 420,000 young people each year, at the annual cost of just £9 per young person, you can know that your donation is truly making a difference.

What your support can do for youth-led development

£50 funds a community awareness campaign on health issues including HIV/AIDS

£250 enables our peer educators to support an income generating programme for a women’s group

£600 can train the staff of a health clinic to give specific youth-friendly services

£1000 allows us to reach 200 children with essential education programmes for a whole year!

£1900 sponsors a local peer educator for an entire year, teaching programmes in and out of schools and providing urgently needed services

£3000 funds a Youth Week for 200 students, educating them about HIV/AIDS and life skills

Our promise to you

Restless Development is totally transparent about how all its financial resources are spent. In this spirit, we give quarterly updates to all supporters, by email or post, to inform them about how their money is being spent and of the impact their money has had on the lives of young people.
