Capacity Building

We have learned a lot over the past 25 years about training and supporting young professionals to deliver to the highest standards. This expertise puts us in a unique position to build the capacity of other youth-led organisations around the world.

We share our expertise through a wide range of training modules, workshop formats, technical tools, best practice guidelines and toolkits, all developed and delivered by our young professional staff in different technical areas.

Since October 2009, Restless Development has worked with the Staying Alive Foundation to deliver training to their grantees, all of them youth-led organisations, in over 30 countries ranging from Benin to Brazil, Peru to the Philippines, Lebanon to Laos, Russia to Rwanda, Uganda to the USA, and Croatia to China.

In addition to this global initiative, we also conduct capacity building initiatives in the African and South Asian countries where we have a full time presence.
