We've just launched a hugely exciting new 5-year strategy. We're still working in the most undeserved, poor communities in the world. And we're still looking to the great pool of talented and motivated young people from these communities and train the to lead all our work.
Alumni are central to our new global strategy. They are a generation of leaders who are ambassadors of our youth-led values, and arguably the most valuable product of our work. We support our Alumni to be at the forefront of change by providing tangible personal and professional development support.
